After graduating from Mountview and developing a successful theatre academy, Lauren was approached by the BBC to source some talent for their upcoming projects. After seeing that talent spotting and casting was second nature to Lauren, she was asked to expand this role into an acting coach within screen and stage productions.

After developing these skills, it seemed like a natural step to progress into an agency. Lauren and Rosemary became acquainted in 2020 and immediately realised that they were professional soulmates. Over many cappuccino’s and a fair few cups of tea, they discussed how Shannon and Bloom would be a nurturing, supportive company, focusing massively on attention to detail and professionalism.
